Refund policy
1. No Returns or Cash Refunds
All purchases made at Diamond Ateliers are final, and we do not offer returns or cash refunds, whether in full or partial.
1.1. Store Credits
In cases where a refund is granted, it will be issued strictly in store credits, which cannot be converted to cash.
2. Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of receiving your order. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers will bear any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
2.1. Exhange Policy for Gifts
Gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. If the selected item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. Exchanges will only be processed if accompanied by a valid gift receipt or order confirmation.
2.2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Have all tags and original packaging intact, including the jewellery box, pouch, and card insert (excluding the mailing box or paper bag).
Diamond Ateliers reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions on the exchange process.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchanges or Refunds
The following items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit refunds:
- Items purchased using a discount code.
- Purchases made with shopping mall vouchers.
- Jewellery care items and add-ons such as extensions and backings
- Special orders, including custom-made or engraved jewellery
- Sponsored items, such as giveaway products
5. Return & Exchange Processing Time
Return requests are not automatically approved and may take up to 21 business days to be processed, depending on your bank. Discount codes applied to returned orders will not be reissued.
6. Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs related to exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a shipping option with tracking, as Diamond Ateliers is not responsible for lost packages during return transit.
Any applicable duties and taxes will also be borne by the customer.
7. Special Orders & Engraved Jewellery
Customized and engraved jewellery are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Diamond Ateliers reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
